Now, if you are a regular reader you already know this, but I’m a total self-help junky and I’ve read a TON of personal development books over on everything from basic psychology, to peak performance, to stuff on “The Secret” and so forth and very, very rarely am I ever impressed by anything new coming out these days!
But, I’ve got to say that Mind Secrets is actually pretty cool.

To some, this may sound a little “out there,” but think about it, no one would question the use of a personal trainer to get your body into better physical shape.
I know I need one after packing on those holiday pounds! LOL!
Basically, the program is like having a personal trainer for your mind, which is really something everyone should have!
Anyway, some people may be intimidated because there is a lot of course material, including case studies, a 160-page eBook, and a guide to interpreting dreams. But the literature is written in such a casual, conversational and easy-to-follow style, that it’s really user friendly. There is also a complete audio book, which is cool because you can listen to it while you’re driving, doing chores, or anything else really.

Personally, I think Frost’s course has some pretty amazing stuff in it.
Not only does the course have informative, easy-to-follow, concentration techniques that focus on positive energy and methods to harness the power of the mind, but Frost and Huang thoroughly explain each technique, which helps you understand how the exercises can be most effectively used to maximize results.
I mean, seriously, the entire program is so easy to follow that it’s almost like you don’t have to even think about what you’re learning, which is kind of awesome… So, obviously, I’d totally recommend that anyone who is interested should study this course.
